First and foremost, we are horse owners building equine and livestock facilities for horse owners. We understand your needs completely and provide 100% of the services required as a horse or ranch owner.

Our structures are not your standard pole barns/shades that you find elsewhere. We simply will not use 16-18 gauge steel or 29-30 gauge roof decking for our shades and barns like so many other companies do. We want your stucture to stand the test of time, which ours have proven to do.

I can't count the number of times we've been called out to tear down and replace an existing structure (purchased from another company) that was constructed with 16 and 18 gauge steel. 16 and 18 gauge steel simply will not safely contain livestock and stand the test of time. It will sag, bend and rust in a matter of months.

PEA GRAVEL and RIVER ROCK

Pea Gravel 3/8" is current $17.95 per ton (un-washed) and $23.50 per ton (washed).   Includes local delivery with 15 ton minimum.

Washed simply means the gravel has been washed with water.    The un-washed gravel has dirt on it but is the exact same product. Once you spread it, simply hose it down (or wait for a good rain) and you now have "washed" gravel at the un-washed price!

River Rock 3" to 8" is currently $24.75 per ton. Includes local delivery with 15 ton minimum.

Manure removal for $345 per load. Each load is 26-28 yards of manure which is approx an 18ft long, 7ft tall x 6ft wide pile. Price includes Dump fees, Dump Truck, Front Loader service and drivers.

To determine how much material you need, click on the link below and enter the width, length and depth of the area you are working with. This will convert the dimensions to yards needed. See below to find out how to convert yards to tons needed.

Take your total cubic yards x 3000. Now divide this number by 2000 and you have how many tons you need for your project. Divide this number by 15 to find out how many truck loads of material you will need.

Our dump trucks carry 15 tons per load.
